Disappointing experience. I was prescribed a faulty asthma inhaler. I called the pharmacy but a rather stressed sounding lady wasn’t really interested and I was fobbed off. The pharmacy that prescribed the faulty inhaler should surely offer to get a replacement from the drug company or use their stock for their customers and take it up with the drug company separately? Not this time. I’ve moved my business elsewhere.

The staff in this pharmacy are really friendly and helpful. They seem to work very much like a team. The pharmacy itself is bright and welcoming and doesn't close at lunchtime! It is not my nearest pharmacy but I am willing to make the effort to get to Ashgrove for the positive experience

would rate as 0 if i could. telephone handler called my mate psychotic to her coworker thinking she couldnt hear, disgusting way to talk about a person with mental problem who is just trying to access their prescribed medication. completely unprofessional, vile, please do not buy from this pharmacy.

Went here for the second time after visiting the one on church road (which is shockingly bad). Everyone is friendly, professional and really helpful! Cannot recommend them enough!

Always a friendly, helpful staff. Incredibly knowledgeable. On occasion, when I need a particular script (I know supply can be an issue for medication) they will answer the phone and be able to tell me if they have it in stock. This is my 'go to' pharmacy, even though I have several more that in closer vicinity.

I had been searching for a pharmacy to have my flu jab today and everywhere I went or called had a long queue or pre-booking around 2 weeks and I had to download their app to book online. I called Ashgrove pharmacy and I was told to just come. There was no queue, the jab was painless and the pharmacist explained everything fully. What a fantastic service!!!! Thank you.

I have used this pharmacy since moving to the area in 2006. The pharmacists and staff have been very helpful and often advise on matters relating to Health Services including prescription entitlements which lead to a change in charges for me, for which I am very grateful. Always greeted with a warm welcome even when it is busy.

Extremely helpful knowledgeable staff- we have been using this Pharmacy for years..much better prices than one would expect from an 'independent' There are often have 'specials' on offer, branded toiletries for £1. For people on regular medication, the repeat prescription service is very useful. For general health enquiries ''what is best medicine for travel-sickness/migraine/ indigestion/ '' &C, they can sometimes sell you a generic brand at a better price than one with fancy packaging- the active ingredient is the same. If you need a specific toiletry item , they can also order it in for you. Recommended.
