My experience is, im here to be fleeced. im sold £9 steroids on Friday and a covid test and another £9 prescription for antibiotics 3 days later . Does a £9 nasal spray cure covid ? I have polips again but thanks tesco il just go without until I can see a doctor.
Bought Spear and Jackson secateurs that failed after 15 minutes use in the garden .Tesco refused a refund as I had no receipt .Previous Spear and Jackson secateurs have lasted over 10 years. Tesco's happy to sell goods of unmerchantable quality and keep your money . I will shop at other supermarkets as Tesco is now both expensive and poor quality. Goodbye Tesco

The most unprofessional staff , even when you ask how long before they have your prescription in stock say don’t know and asked if will be within the next couple of days told who knows , then stand smirking at you . My husband as always put his prescription in with two weeks notice to be told today oh we don’t take prescription anymore again no text or notices put up, I think this store needs to employ all new staff who care about people wanting prescriptions not members of staff who stand around talking behind counter and treat members of public like dirt on there shoes
Visited for a Flu jab today and received the best service by Michelle the Pharmacist also took my mum back at 1pm and had her done, such a lovely Pharmacist. Believe me it is not easier working in Pharmacy I ran a Pharmacy for 10 years as a ACT and a non Pharmacist Manager and its constant people need to actually realise its not just sticking a label on some drugs.
