Rang over 10 times to check if my prescription would be in stock before picking it up, not a single person picked up in fact had my call cut off 5 times. Eventually headed to the pharmacy only for them to waste 20 mins of my time to tell me they do not have it.

Don’t even want to give it one star. Worst pharmacy ever. Nothing is ever ready no matter how long before you put your prescription in. They say if you put it in more than ten days before that’s too soon but it takes them a lot longer than ten days to sort prescriptions out. And it’s for myself and every other customer I have seen in there in the last 5 years. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! Go somewhere else if you want to survive!

The pharmacy in general is OK but it's the fact that even if they have a few staff in on shift when u put your prescription in you have to wait at least 15mins usually longer to collect it and then there's the fact they never answer the phone so don't even try to call them about anything

Flu vaccination for my elderly mother was cancelled less than an hour before appointment. I was driving from Exeter to take her so did not pick up call. The staff offered an appointment the following day, but I did not want another 4 hour round trip. They did try other pharmacies by phone but not successful. I managed to find one myself Mum has dementia so found it all very confusing.

Lloyd's really need to look in to staffing this pharmacy appropriately. The pharmacy itself is constantly busy with a queue usually out the door, prescriptions take seven working days to be ready which is absolutely ridiculous. If you take a prescription in that you need there and then the wait is usually very long. Staff clearly under pressure. Not fair on customers or staff. Pharmacist always very helpful.

Lovely staff who are pleasant and friendly. Does get busy. There are a limited amount of products on sale but everything you need as essential items you can get here. Good sized pharmacy and close to the whitchurch health centre. Opening times are good.

Lovely staff, all with a smile and who make the effort to help in any way they can. Always incredibly busy but always make time for people. Today my prescription wasn't ready due to waiting on a delivery of medication. They asked if I would like to wait as the delivery was due shortly so I sat down and not long after the delivery was made my huge bag of medication was bagged up and ready despite a lot of medication waiting to be put away. I really appreciate the effort made so that I got everything I needed and wasn't left waiting for ages.
