   Worst customer service and organization ever. My gran has rang so many times without an answer as to when she will get her life saving medication. She got so tired she walked to the pharmacy and almost hospitalized herself for pushing herself too far. Getting there they told her that the medication is in a van on their way to her but when the van got to some houses near by they never had her medication. Thankfully she changed chemists and actually gets her medication without almost getting sent to the hospital. I hope this chemist gets their act together because a lot of people have life saving medication coming through them.

   i dont want to write a bad comment but this pharmacy is a absolute joke, never gets medication on time, never answer phone any time of the day , worst is when stood in cue waiting and a druggie walks in and get treated like vip while the paying people have to wait longer

   This chemist will text you saying they have your meds and when you go there they have “lost it” or they don’t receive your prescription but then they find it and tell you they don’t have it. They “forget” to order your prescription after asking them for it and also only order half of it and tell u to come back. They close the store and lock the door and tell you to come back another day and won’t send it back to the spine (all during opening hours). Nothing but issues. Feel sorry for the staff as it’s a total mess. They also don’t seem to really care. I had to get an emergency prescription from another chemist for 4 days and pay the full prescription amount and Badham didnt offer me anything but an apology (I’m grateful for it I suppose). Yeah unless desperate use knowle west pharmacy much more polite and efficient.

   Never seem to have stock , If they do have it in stock they never can find it Dont seem to be able to find anything on their computer, even before their new system update, on hold on the phone for over 20 minutes to be cut off and put on hold again for over 50 minutes, Dont want to make the journey there just to be told to "come back Monday, it MIGHT be in then" never open on time

   If I could give a 0 I would!! Worst pharmacy ever. Supposably opens at 8.30 however more like 9.30! Queue of people waiting out side the staff don’t even care. Never have your prescription or it’s always late or ‘hasn’t been delivered’ Staff are SO rude! Literally look down their nose at you. When they are actually open the staff are in no rush to see to you. In the queue not even a ‘sorry for the wait’. I could go on and on but you get the point, shambles.

   Over the last year they have only once been able to complete an online order with 76 hours of the order being Authorised by my Doctors practice. Various reasons given are: “our supplier is out of stock” “The supplies only arrived last night” “Short of staff” I witnessed other customers being “shorted” on there supply of medication such as Lansoprazole. Whilst I am able to go elsewhere many others can’t.

   staff are good but prescriptions can take up to a week to be delivered and you can never get through on the phone. was much better chemist before they took over.
