   I find this pharmacy very good, the staff are always pleasant and helpful. They do shut at lunchtime for about half an hour, so the pharmacist can have lunch. The staff are not allowed to give out prescriptions until the pharmacist returns. I suppose it is only a small pharmacy and presumably they only have 1 pharmacist.

   I had a very complicated medication issue and problems getting the prescription dispensed. I have never had a more helpful pharmacist who bent over backwards to get them in stock within 3 days. Knd, professional, helpful and goes above and beyond for her patients.. Highly recommend.

   Randomly shut in the middle of the day. Walked there and arrived at 13:25. Paper sign stating that it was "shut for lunch" with no indication of duration. Opening times on the door stating they would be shut 13:30-14:00 but was obviously not the case.

   The store itself has great prices and good variety. The shop floor staff is kind, knowledgeable and patient but the pharmacy personnel is horrible. I had a question regarding something personal and I was advised by my surgery to ask inside the pharmacy, however I was met by an employee who didn't say anything and walked away from me after I asked, he got his manager who also somehow had no clue about my very simple question. Said manager didn't even bother to come up to me and have a normal conversation, he made me repeat myself and shout so that he could hear me from all the way across the space. Having to be loud about this private question was incredibly embarrassing and the cold, uncaring and rude behaviour of the pharmacy staff left me in a very bitter mood for the rest of my day.

   A lady who works in the shop spoke to my friend and I like we were school children, as we went into a draw because the make up wasn’t stocked up and the display looked empty and other customers said to us that they had to look in there because it wasn’t stocked up. The lady was spoke to us disgracefully as though we were in school and was speaking to us as though we didn’t know what we doing “if you want anything in there you need to ask ok”. I then did not bother to continue with my purchase and left the shop. If you are served by a brown/red head woman, then don’t expect any manners. I will not be returning.
