   The staff were friendly and helpfully explained the process as this and the signs are misleading. Told my prescription was ready I went to the ‘hand out’ window to be told I the process is you go to the ‘hand in’ window, check in and then wait 1hr for processing. I suggest the signs read ‘step 1. Check in here ’; ‘step 2. Collect here (after checking in).

   Service is chaotic and really slow, a visit in this pharmacy is often over 30 minutes long just to pick up a repeat prescription. Not too well stocked either. The wait time for my repeat prescription is terribly long, could be anywhere between 7 to 14 days. It would never happen at any of my previous pharmacies. I will be switching to a different pharmacy, even though there aren't any in the area. It's simply better to drive further than it is to wait there.

   LOVE THE STAFF BUT FED UP WITH HEARING THAT THEY CAN'T GET SCRIPTS DUE TO MANUFACTURE PROBLEMS WHERE YOU CAN THEN TAKE YOUR SCRIPT SAY TO BEDMINSTER CHEMIST AND THEY HAVE IT IN, SO HOW CAN THERE BE A MANUFACTURE PROBLEM. SORRY GUYS, BUT ITS TRUE. X

   Lovely staff and good shop but they’re always seems to be a problem with the prescription. Waiting times have increased, I almost always am given only part of my prescription and have to come back later for the rest and even then I get told when it has come in, I still have to come back later for them to have time to do it. There is always a queue of people frustrated with the same sort of issue. Also find that sometimes they lose scripts. Seems like while the staff are really nice and kind and try their best, they are stressed overworked and LLoyds need to recruit more staff here.

   I’m not happy at all they have never got my prescription. I have to keep going back to my GP for another one and when your out of important medication it’s not good enough. I will definitely be changing back to boots

   Shocking - I have been waiting for my prescription to arrive for a week now, had to go back twice in the week then told to come back Saturday, to which they were closed due to no pharmacist present, very chaotic at the best of times, they can never find prescriptions quickly, no filing system in place, just loads of boxes around the place. one saving grace is that the staff are nice.

   Some of the staff are pleasant. But the service is chaotic at best. I now collect my prescriptions from Boots. But I have to go there today as I need my BP checking and can't get an appointment with my GP. And apparently it will cost £7.50. Dreading it.
