Friendly staff and very helpful and pharmacist is always there to help if you're not sure about certain medications
love this pharmacy, so clean, staff so nice and helpful, and polite. pharmacy man (sorry don't know his name) so lovely, helpful and 'on it'. prescriptions quick. proper pharmacy.
Only 4stars because their prices are very expensive I find. But the staff are friendly enough and the pharmacy are pretty efficient. I only go in there to collect my prescriptions but have noticed how expensive the shelf items are up to other local shops.
I changed to this pharmacy from another local one. My prescription is always ready for me when I go to collect. There is no unnecessary waiting around. Staff are always friendly and willing to help and the service is quick. The shop appears well stocked.

They are always busy, sometimes the service its ok, sometimes it's not ok. I am very delighted everytime I have been served by the Italian pharmacist, she knows her stuff. I wish most of the pharmacists would be competent like her.
Would be nice to have someone pick up that phone when you're trying to get through regarding an urgent medication prescription. Tablets are never actually prepared for when collecting, so you always have to ring far in advance; and then you're back to the teeth pulling situation logged above about trying to get through.
Referred by 111 twice now and happy to report that Avicenna, Lindsay and her team were extremely helpful in filling the gaps left by an incompetent private NHS partner even though we aren't registered locally. Couldn't have been more professional and caring, despite being very busy. Support the NHS, don't take it for granted! x x
The staff are always arguing when I go in! Very unprofessional. Some staff members are nice but the majority seem like they don't care, and are rude. They take so long to find lost prescriptions with no apology, overall a bad service I'm afraid.
