Worst customer service ever. Zero empathy. In the year I’ve been collecting my elderly mother’s prescriptions these people have never ever had it ready. No apology is ever offered. Worst chemist.

When I picked up a prescription for a specific brand, they didn't have the medicine of the requested brand, the manager told me that he would order and the next morning he was guaranteed to have the requested brand. , I go the next day and they don't have the requested medicine, when I ask them to give me the prescription to go to the center where I know for sure they have my medicine, they tell me that the prescription has expired and they won't give it to me, I have to go to the doctor to ask for another one who, surprised, says that the prescription issued is valid until December, I just wasted my time and they treated me badly, I will change pharmacy

The staff do their best but they service so many people they can’t keep up. You are almost always in for a wait to get your prescription; even if you’ve called ahead to check it’s ready. There can be quite a queue (that often runs outside due to the small store size) particularly at lunchtime and after the school run. This would be somewhat alleviated if the store was open later during the week and on Saturdays, and of course an extra member of staff wouldn’t go amiss. I suspect the majority of their transactions are for prescriptions rather than the retail side (given there’s a Tesco very close by) and so they perhaps don’t make enough money to justify the extra hours or staff. I’d really like to see a mail / collection locker option to allow people to get their prescriptions outside of typical business hours

Was told prescription was ready. Waited in queue for 15 minutes to be told it wasn't and to come back tomorrow. Same sort of problems every time!

Inconsistent service, Prescriptions wrong and regularly incomplete. Some staff great, others very rude and unhelpful. Only giving one star as I can't give zero stars to post this review.
