I have been really impressed with Boots Pharmacy over the last 2 weeks. I have slipped a disc in my back and have collected over 10 prescriptions either same day or next day. They've been wonderful, so friendly, efficient and caring. Thank you!
Staff work really hard and are always professional. There doesn't however,seem to be enough staff to make purchases and collect prescriptions without long waiting times.

Always cheerful and helpful; and an amazing array of helpful stock for such a small shop. They even do text alerts to let you know when your prescription is ready.
Be aware they close for lunch between 1pm - 2pm Customer service can be varied and meds don't always arrive
We arrived at the pharmacy and the lady was closing for lunch time and was simply rude. Won't be going back there.
Different pharmacists all the time. Miss off items ordered. Poor customer service. Very slow. No leadership. No consistency. Feels like they’re doing us a favour! Complete mess from start to finish.
