   Wow, they’re rude - sorry for wanting to give you money! Last time I went in they gave me the wrong prescription drugs, no apology when I pointed this out. This time round they looked at me like an inconvenient alien when I enquired about head lice treatment for my daughter. Useless staff who clearly couldn’t care less about customer service and have no idea what products they stock. Shame as it’s convenient but I’ll be going elsewhere whenever possible from now on until things improve.

   Poor service all round. How can they get repeat prescriptions wrong time after time? Online ordering does not work, even after telling you your order is successful. Long queues almost all the time. If you have the means to go elsewhere, you should.

   Absolute shambles of a pharmacy. More often than not they don't have the medication you need, if you put in multiple prescriptions you don’t get them all at the same time, even though this is repeat medication. Everything about this pharmacy moves at a snails pace and god forbid you try and ring them as they never answer the phone. My husbands diabetic medication is missing and I've rang them 22 times and not once have they answered the phone. Just switched pharmacies as these are a big fat joke....AVIOD AT ALL COST !!!

   My husband and I started using this pharmacy earlier this year. The overall service that this place delivers is shocking to say the least. The wait times are one thing, which I could excuse for a small business, but the attitude of the staff is inexcusable. There is a particular member of staff, an older lady, who has consistently been nothing but rude and degrading. I have witnessed her belittle and speak abruptly to other staff members on numerous occasions. She never seems to have a nice word to say to anyone or even a simple smile. Some of the things I’ve heard her say to staff and customers is horrifying and I leave feeling awful for all of those around her. Privacy seems to be something that is nonexistent in this place too. I could name every patients ailment and medication from each time I’m in there due to a lack of confidentiality from the staff.

   We moved here in July and started using this pharmacy. No more. The wait times are ridiculous, their privacy is non existent but the main reason we have moved to another is the disgusting way that the woman, presumably in charge in there talks to her staff. She is rude, snappy and belittles them in front of the entire pharmacy. I have seen staff walk out in tears before now and it is extremely uncomfortable to witness. This behaviour should not be tolerated in this day and age and I for one will not watch it any longer. There will be an official letter written to whoever it may concern. Disgusting

   The staff are friendly and polite. Prescriptions procedure is carried out to the book and the staff do not make any shortcuts. This diligence can lead to higher wait times but it's worth it to follow correct procedure for the safety of the customers. The shop inside is neatly arranged with a cozy atmosphere, products are reasonably priced and staff are knowledgeable and patient. One parking bay available Infront of the shop with further parking available behind shared with the doctors surgery attached to the pharmacy itself.

   I was too told by my GP that prescription will be sent to the pharmacy immediately, but that doesn’t happen so it is very misleading from their side and then the expectation is set high! There has always been a wait with prescriptions and yes it’s a busy pharmacy. But with the most helpful staff and also free delivery to you home if required!! 5 stars all the way!

   I know it's a personal opinion but I struggle to see how there are 5 star reviews for this place. Every single time we have had to use it the older lady serving there has been more than rude, in fact obnoxious. Up to date edit. Been to Dr today, extreme back pain. Dr prescribed pain killers urgently, said they'd send it round straight away to the pharmacy, collect it in half an hour. Guess what, not ready. Did I need it today? YES.!! Come back in 3 hours. Worse pharmacy EVER.

   I love this pharmacy its absolutely wonderful & staff are polite lovely helpful & the poducts are affordable & really good! Best pharmacy I've ever had!! Also Dr. E Esmalji is an exellent Dr. Who reallt listens & helps! He is so thouroughly excellent with my treatment so much so that its a breath of fresh air!! Himself paired with Stonehouse Pharmacy makes healthcare in this day & age a rarity!! Ive never been happier with a pharmacy or Dr. Ever!!

1. The Kids Tell Bad Jokes ★☆☆☆☆

   I've only had cause to use this pharmacy 3 times. Every time, regardless of the time of day, or busyness of the shop, I have been told to come back in a few hours to collect. One of these was an urgent request for pain meds - if I can call, the doctor can call back and get the script written in under 90 minutes (because it's URGENT and needed to avoid a trip to A&E) it's not acceptable for the pharmacy to say 'you can collect it tomorrow'. The GP had even said 'writing it now, it'll be at the pharmacy waiting for you to collect when you get there'. The whole point of the pharmacy being attached to the surgery is convenience. In future I will be requested a printed script and take it to Sainsbury's. That will be significantly more convenient.
