The reason for this review because there's pharmacy is getting useless recently. Never give you your tablets and always missing prescription and always missing medication and when you complain to your doctor they're completely deny you and say that you've had it when you haven't but otherwise not bad pharmacy...
This pharmacist used to be quick and the staff really friendly however now the New staff seem overwhelmed not organised and stressed out
Went to collect my repeat prescription which usually just comes through automatically to be told that it doesn’t come through automatically (it has since I’ve began taking it, years) and that I had to call 111 to get medication that is very important I have every day! Went I looked it up it says the pharmacist can give you medication that is needed if you answer some questions. Now I have to go without my tablets and this makes me unwell. Not good service the lady couldn’t care less!
This place is a joke... Never has the meds we need... Partner was told to wait until Thursday for insulin but on Friday was told it would be ready today(Tuesday) completely out of insulin now and they do nothing playing with people's lives
The team are always helpful to me and my families needs. Sean served me today and was a star. A huge thank you to all the team
They dispensed 2 of my 3 prescription items. I go back to resolve and get ignored by dispensing staff for 10 minutes. I gave up and went without medication as a result. Had to see doctor for another prescription. Worst pharmacy, no customer service at all. Now I go to boots and have no problems. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs
This pharmacy is ridiculous. Never enough staff. Prescriptions not processed on time. Not enough stock. Everything takes forever. I'm diabetic and find the monthly trips here so inconvenient and unhelpful. Switching to elsewhere.
