   Went in today after waiting well over a week for a text to say my prescription is ready. Got in there at 2.40pm, first in the queue, lovely right?! Absolutely not, so after asking for my prescriptions, I was waiting 20 minutes for them to go and retrieve said prescriptions. Only for them to come back with 1! Then I was informed that my prescription has been misplaced "human error" which is what they called it. Then after a further 15 minutes I was told they are still looking, ok fine. Still patiently waiting while a good 15 people have since come and got their prescriptions, even new ones they had to wait for to be done. All these people were served before myself, I was left waiting until they finally decided to do me a new prescription and guess what, with an owing item!! So now i have to wait god knows how long for my other item! You could have just done me a new prescription after the first 20 minutes of waiting, but instead having me wait around for a 45 minutes! And you ended up doing a new one anyway. Useless, and I hope the person who caused the human error gets the sack. Clearly incompetent at your job.

   Visited for a planned Covid booster - easy online booking and convenient parking. Very professional and individual care from Zori and Maria - thank you ladies! Whilst waiting for my appointment time I was aware of the high level of kindness and attention from the pharmacy staff to those collecting prescriptions and making purchases. Recommend.

   If I could give 0 stars, I would. This pharmacy would not give me urgent medication due to closing SOON (they weren’t even closed yet), even after explaining to them that this was our 6th pharmacy that we had travelled to with no car but were out of luck, 5 minutes could not be spared by them. They did recommend another pharmacy which we had actually already tried and they were not even trained on that medication so ultimately useless. Prior to our visit we tried calling to find out if this trip would be worth it but got no answer- would’ve saved us a lot of hassle.

   Medication issues 4 times now. Never had issues prior to change of ownership. National shortage of my Medication which I was not aware of. I requested my prescription to try at another pharmacy (I was not made aware this was a national issue). Colleague gave me a copy and advised they had put my prescription back on to the system so I could get it at another location without any issues. I called 14 pharmacies, finally found one, have driven an hour to be told that the pharmacy had not released the prescription and so they could not process it. Appalling service previous to this, told to come in or call 1 week in advance for a another item which they have in stock, despite having a repeat prescription and me collecting regularly. No one reorders upon my collection. I work silly hours and find it difficult to get to the pharmacy as it is. Whenever I call there's never an answer, even calling multiple times consecutively or at various times of the day. Poor service recently which is a Shame because this has been my local pharmacy for many years and staff ARE pleasant and are usually helpful with any changes or notification. Hopefully I can get this rectified first thing and will update my review accordingly.
