   Most unhelpful The managaress fobbed me off when i complained of missing items She said I should contact the "hub" I did so. They said i was not registered to the local medical centre so could not help. When I tried to phone in my prescription this week I was told thsy wouldnt accept it as I am with a practice in Southmead Bristol I have been in Bckwell for 2 years and not one repeat prescrption has been correctly fulfilled
