The stand in pharmacist on Monday was so rude I had to walk out as the way she spoke to me was utterly disgusting and I hope i never see her again!!!! The usual staff looked very uncomfortable due to the atmosphere created by the temp!!
What can I say. Brilliant staff and should you have a query about types of medications which I had reason to. I had a one to one with the well qualified chemist which allayed my concerns over dosages etc. They are well stocked and have found that their prices on non prescription items are more than competitive with supermarkets. All I can say is support your local pharmacist. They work on low margins and need both your custom and support.

We’ve used this pharmacy for many years and always had issues, today go in they find prescription and then I wait, three other get severed, I ask where our prescription is, they lost it, then found it again, then didn’t have the full prescription of only three items… didn’t have them last week either! I’m sorry but no more, I want to support the community but this chaos is totally bananas!
Great to have a local pharmacy but… There is notice saying can take 7 days for your prescription, this is a long time when waiting for prescription. I phoned after 7 days to be told one item out of three available, told not able to source another but they would retry and I was told to call back in 3 days to see if obtained which they did. Not a good service if prescription needed urgently.
I have always had an excellent service from this pharmacy. Polite knowledgeable staff. Even if there have been any muddles about prescriptions, they always sort it out promptly and do all they can to achieve timely action like ordering something in. I feel we are very, very lucky to have this service in our rural community. Long may it continue.
The kind lady that works the register is lovely! She's always very helpful and provides excellent customer service. Unfortunately they've lost my prescriptions several times. I've put in for repeats through the surgery next door as they work together and I've ordered online but when I went in to pick them up after a few days, they claimed they never got them? The surgery swears the mistake is not on them. The facility is nice and clean and well organized and they have a good selection of typical pharmacy items although the prices are marked up a bit.
