   I walked into this pharmacy to get quick blood pressure result as I felt not right. The Pharmacist and counter staff were amazing. There was a lovely lady at the counter who was so kind and helpful. The pharmacist was ever so nice to me and kept me calm. Of course my blood pressure was sky high but he advised me on my next steps and kept my GP posted. Felt so good to step into a pharmacy where they actually cared for a patient beyond just doing there job. Thank you again to the wonderful team at Avonmouth Pharmacy.

   I spoke to several pharmacies to try and obtain my prescription, but kept being told they couldn't get it and to try elsewhere. When I spoke to the Avonmouth Pharmacy, they commented that it was no longer available, but they could provide an identical product under a different name. Their customer service was excellent and I will be using them again.

   I was recommended to come here for an ear cleaning as my pharmacy didn't have an available appointment for the next 2 weeks. The staff were very helpful and I only had to wait about 20mins to get the procedure done (this was due to the equipment needing sterilisation). Now I am able to hear well again, very happy! :)

   Avonmouth Pharmacy have been absolutely amazing. When my local pharmacy were no help at all in getting hold of a prescription, Avonmouth really went above and beyond to support me. The staff are so kind, helpful, and genuinely care about their patients. They made the whole process so much easier and I’m really grateful for their excellent service. Highly recommend!

   Went along to get my son's ears checked - they had been blocked with wax for a while. Service was superb and both ears are now clear following the procedures carried out.    This is a fantastic chemist. The team are lovely and customer service is always great. We moved over from a large corporation pharmacy due to issues month on month, here we have had no issues, no silly wait times, no long delays when medication needs ordered. They have made what was a monthly stressful complication much easier. I highly recommend.
