   I was thinking about this review for a long time. I do not wish to offend anybody but at the same time the true opinion of my experience must be known. I chose Dr Guha based on her great CV, gender and smile on the picture, however my appointment was far from pleasant. I did expect the doctor to be gentle, friendly, understanding, guiding me through the whole process, explaining step by step on what's being done to me, but I had none of it. I am not going to explain in details my procedure but it was definitely the worse visit in my life, I could not walk properly for days and as soon as I left the room I cried and cried. Also I will never go back to the Syon Clinic as it is far from the service of private care that BUPA supposed to offer. I know it is hard times for everybody but you still would expect your doctor to treat you right in a respectful and kind manner.
