   Terrible pharmacy- do not use/send prescriptions there. I tried calling this pharmacy multiple times every day for 3 days during the working week- not once did they answer the phone. I was calling to see if my prescription was ready to collect which I urgently needed. I called my drs and they said it was ready but when I got to the pharmacy all they said was they don’t have it and to try somewhere else. I was appalled that I was not informed, and had they answered the phone I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I also tried to pick up my prescription the day before but upon arriving there was a piece of paper stuck to the door saying they’d closed (2 hours early) with no explanation. Useless. Have not gone back and will not go back.

   Awful experience. My brother went in with a private prescription, the lady at the till asked if we would wait until the pharmacist was free which we were happy to do. After waiting our turn, the pharmacist said the private prescription would take some time to process and she was too busy to do it. There was not one single other person in the shop waiting at the time. Negligent, lazy and not accepting that as medical professionals, the pharmacist had a duty of care (whether busy or not) to support my brother with the prescription.

   Really nice stock. Only thing is, I checked the price I paid for refilling my 1.5l Ecover Laundry Detergent... It's cheaper to buy a brand new one in some well-known shops. I was a little surprised.

   Absolutely shocking. Refused to serve me because I didn't look old enough, after proving I'm over 25 she still refused to serve me - didn't ask any questions at all and absolutely no duty of care. The pharmacist was one of the worst I've ever come across, and believe she shouldn't be working in an industry that requires a duty of care she is incapable of providing.

   I had an excellent experience recently in having my ears checked, and then cleaned out. A very professional, warm and friendly environment. This is my local Chemist and I would not consider using another as I am always very happy with the service I get. A good place.

   I've used this pharmacy for a number of years now, mainly because it's the closest one and for no other reason. I absolutely cannot recommend it. The pharmacist is always in a foul mood and is very rude. There is no care taken on private personal matters, and I've heard them yelling accross the store about personal matters, such as what contraception are you on, or where abouts is that rash, several times whilst I've been in there. I saw a lady approach and ask to speak to the pharmacist presumably about a sensitive matter only for her to respond that she was too busy to see the patient until the afternoon. Honestly their lack of decorum, disregard for sensitive personal information, abruptness and downright rude behaviour means I will finally be switching and walking further to a friendlier pharmacy.

   Had an absolutely terrible experience when trying to collect an ePrescription from Doctor Car Anywhere (who were fantastic) today. The owner of the pharmacy refused to accept my completely valid prescription, despite me going showing her the doctor notes and even getting Doctor Care Anywhere on the phone to explain the process to her. She then walked off to her consulting room and refused to come back out to speak to me. She did not care about the reason for the prescription nor me as a customer. Disgusting service.

   Staff are super helpful and friendly. Never had issues with my prescriptions from them. I also appreciate their extensive stock of zero waste and ethically sourced products.
