   Very rude staff, made me wait ages only to be told one item was out of stock, then further told as I didn’t have photo ID I couldn’t take the rest but rather than tell me the lady took 10 minutes to put it all back serve others then tell me, terrible attitude and in my case dealing with a daughter with cancer it is completely not on, maybe they need to understand what a pharmacy is for… sick people who need help not an attitude.

   Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the pharmacist in my opinion was grossly under qualified and had terrible interpersonal skills. Huge avoid if you have another option.

   Very disappointed with the dangerous quality of service. I went to pick up my daughter's prescription antibiotics the hospital had prescribed. The elderly lady serving me told me they needed to be taken every 6hrs 4 times a day. I asked if she was sure as the hospital told me 4 times every 4hrs. I also asked if that was the case would I then need to wake my daughter up as every 6 hrs, 4times a day equates to a full day. She was clueless. She then told me the antibiotics ideally needed to be taken with food. When I got home and read the label it said they needed to be taken on an empty stomach 1hr before food or 2hrs after. Very unqualified staff giving out incorrect information.

   Get there at 13:04 as i obviously need my medication, to be told oh we are closed and won't be open until 14:00. Maybe it's an idea to pop it on your opening hours so customers are aware. Some people may need to walk etc and it could take them awhile to get there only to be told we are closed.
