Was referred here by my GP, been suffering with migraines, sore throat, sore everything and the extremely rude man behind the counter used some words along the lines of “do you think I have some magic tablets for you?” Extremely poor an rude service, would definitely not use them if I didn’t have to. Will be making a more serious complaint to my GP.

Very disappointed with service. Currently feeling very ill, work in pharmacy myself and know I'm entitled to free COVID tests due to being diabetic (anyone that can become seriously ill from COVID is entitled) and also working in healthcare entitles me too. Partner went to the Morrisons Pharmacy in Weston super mare, who would not allow him to collect a free test for me, and said I wasn't eligible, spoke to me via phone and I explained that I was entitled to free tests and how they make their claim....as I know I am entitled, still wouldn't allow me to have the tests. They need to learn how to do their job! I asked my partner to go to Boots and ask them and they provided the test straight away, after taking Information needed so they could make their claim. Morrisons very disappointing service and care.
Fab customer service! Always wanting to help, clearly explain what’s going on. Must admit they have got incredibly busy recently due to the queue’s but they treat everyone individually. Im a big person on treat people with respect and they will respect you back! Have witnessed some awful customers talking to the staff disgustingly when it’s not their fault. Seen a photo below about them being closed for lunch….. they are entitled to a lunch break. I’m sure if you work you get a lunch break? Fab pharmacy can’t complain, keep doing what you’re doing. With all the pharmacy closures in Weston I can only imagine the work load you will get.
Do not go to this chemist. Especially is sue the pharmacist is working..

Rang my surgery for help and was referred to the pharmacy. I had a callback from them within an hour, all my details taken and he decided I did need to speak to a GP. Later in the day after speaking to someone at the surgery, a prescription was sent to the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up within 20 mins. Very courteous and quick service. Glad I changed to them.
