   Portskewett Pharmacy has really gone downhill. The staff are so rude , they do not greet or speak to you when you enter the premises. Even though they might be busy , where has the good morning/good afternoon will be with you shortly gone !!! On my last visit there were 4/5 women behind the counter , I was stood for 5/10 without one word spoken or even eye contact , absolutely dreadful. I think customer training is in desperate need.

   Whilst many Chemists have been under pressure due to the Pandemic, Portskewett Pharmacy is always pleasant to visit and provides a very professional and efficient service. It looks small from the outside, but is very well stocked and the Staff are very helpful.
