Needed to collect a prescription for a relative on Christmas day. Pharmacy open between 11am and 1pm. The pharmacist went above and beyond with his help in obtaining it for me. So very grateful to him. Many thanks
Excellent service yesterday morning. I called in to collect my wife's Budesonide prescription which had not arrived the day before but was expected on Saturday.The member of staff could not find it on the system but knew there had been a recent delivery so went to check and found it.
I popped in Friday morning to get some OTC meds and advice for a common ailment. The lady behind the counter asked if Iād rather see a pharmacist who could prescribe something instead. I waited 5mins, had an appointment with a prescribing pharmacist and was on my way with some antibiotics within 10 minutes. Within a day I was feeling better and able to enjoy the weekend. Excellent service thank you!
Never had a problem with this pharmacy. The staff know what they're doing. Can park outside and there's space inside to wait. The other main chemist constantly is out of the drugs for my prescriptions. Plus they never seem to get the prescription sent through when they say it will be.
Recently changed our pharmacy to here. What an amazing improvement from a few years ago. So professional, friendly & personable. They certainly go the extra mile!
I can only speak for me ,but smartpharm are very efficient well mannered and always do there very best to help people. They need a pat on the back . Keep up the good work.
I have to give 5 stars. Not only were the staff friendly, but I only had to wait a few minutes for my son's prescription. In that time, he managed to snap the suggestions box off the wall. The staff were so patient with him, letting him help unscrew the remaining damaged parts and distracted him while waiting - he has additional needs, so struggles to wait. Much more efficient than other pharmacies I have used recently.
