Since this changed hands a few years back I cannot say how much a positive difference this has made, the staff are lovely, very quick and do what they can to help you, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Zero bed side manner and exceptionally passive aggressive and extremely rude. Avoid like the plague! In fact avoid if you have the plague!
Excellent staff .quick to answer phone my medication is allways done on time. I joined them two months ago due to the locking road pharmacy never answered the phone and many time had to collect medication late due to lack of communication
Since this pharmacy was taken over from the abysmal Lloyds, the service provided has been excellent. Calls answered promptly, polite, helpful assistants and prescriptions always ready. Such a relief to know you'll get your meds on time after years of uncertainty.

I can only speak of the service I received! Asked to speak to the pharmacist which took place almost immediately the depth of advice, recommendations and helpful suggestions was absolutely exceptional. Lovely young lady pharmacist.
The staff here were amazing. I was quite unwell and their online system was down. They went out of their way to keep me updated and made sure that I got my prescription the same day.
Service is appalling. The store is either closed because no Pharmacist, they’re letting people in one at a time so the queueing time is beyond acceptable or my prescription hasn’t been processed so I have to go back. I will be moving to another Pharmacy as it’s been poor for way too long now. Can’t even get through on the phone to check if they are open and my prescription is ready. Very frustrating. I feel for the lovely lady who serves at the desk.
Joined this pharmacy over 3 years ago when I moved to worle and they were great. Since the pandemic the service can only be described as non existent now. Ordered my repeat prescription over a week ago at my GP, approved the same day, I've had my partner try to pick it up for me today to be told it still isn't ready and have sent the prescription back to the spine. There is nothing online to say they are having issues and are open 9-6 only to get to the door to find out they don't open at 10. It is becoming more and more frequent that this pharmacy doesn't have prescriptions and just leave people queuing outside for an hour. Would give zero stars now if I could and would advise to avoid at all costs.
