Staff are rude and unhelpful. Ignoring customers they can see are waiting to speak to someone seems to be their go to. Training obviously needed to deal with members of the public appropriately.
Every month we have an issue with my mother in laws medication, it's on a repeat and they can never do their jobs right. Sick to the back teeth of them giving us excuse after excuse. It's ridiculous!
Been using this pharmacy for nearly a year for repeat medication. I find one member of the staff particularly rude and unhelpful, she constantly contradicts the information she gave on previous visits, And could benefit from some training.

A friend who is deaf,blind,and unable to walk and is on liquid food only needs prescription delivered monthly because he cannot get up and let them in they won't deliver so his 72 Yr old disabled niece has to collect prescription, they used to deliver by gaining access to the building by contacting any of the other flats his front door is always open so his carers can go straight in asked if they could not deliver like they used to and walk straight in and was told they cannot do that I think it's disgusting service when they have been given permission worst chemist in cwmbran looking to change
Excellent staff, they're always lovely and very welcoming. Both me and my boyfriend have been picking up medication from there for a while, and all the staff have become a friend you can confide in, they're so lovely they even go out of their way to buy me and my boyfriend birthday cards and presents! They're service is absolutely fabulous and I don't have a bad word to say about them or the service, they're like a big family that go out of their way to care for all their clients the best they possibly can.
A fantastic pharmacy with friendly yet professional staff who are always willing to go that extra mile when giving help and advice with medication. I visit this pharmacy regularly and have also had my medication delivered on occasion. 5 star service. Every time!
The staff in this store are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Recently a family member required a prescription for an item which is not stocked at the pharmacy, but the pharmacist went above and beyond their line of duty, even contacting the local hospital and the prescribing consultant to try and acquire the items for us. Whilst I do not live in Pontnewydd, this pharmacy is always my first port of call when I need medical assistance as the service you receive is second to none, from the moment you approach the counter.
Staff very slow, management leave to go shopping in work time can't she wait to go on her break or when she finish work, no wonder there's a hour wait for medication. The shop was late opening on the19th July 2016 due to management being late. Medication should of been delivered one day it arrived two day later after regular phone calls. Don't the staff at lloyds the chemist know that medication is important. Training new staff shouldn't impact on preparing medication nor severing customers.
