   Had a scan with sonographer named Michelle Burnett. She was very rude, dismissive and aggressive with scanning.. she kept stabbing the scanner really hard into my belly button. I asked 3 seperate times if everything is ok with baby, she just ignored me, until 3rd time she finally responded with “mhm look at your papers” This was my 4th scan (usually great and happy experience seeing baby) But this time I was very uncomfortable, in pain and worried about the baby. Michelle Burnett needs to be reviewed and given training or removed from dealing with pregnant women!

   The lady who was doing scanning was like trained in army. Very formal, doesn’t answer the questions and slightly rude.

   Went here for the first time for my wife. The sonographer Isabel was really great. She was telling us how the condition of the baby is. Constantly smiling and giving us the information.Then she came back and gave us a report and guided us when to book the next appointment and where to go. This 5 star is for Isabel. And FYI go from Woodcroft road, that's the only way to go to the antenatal unit.

   This is the 2nd time we are Here for scan.but both of the time we were not treated in a good way. They don't answer any questions in a proper way.. My wife asker her "Is everything ok?" *she replied go outside and sir. I will come back to u. *" after that she came with the report. We ask her again "is everything ok? She ignored it. Just pass the report and went back.. The facial reaction was very rude. Michelle burnett was that person who did the scan. Please train the staff how to deal with a pregnant woman.. as she is also a woman so must know how difficulties a mom faces during pregnancy.
