This surgery has let me down on multiple occasions, from refusing to investigate or treat infections to denying me a referral even when I had a specialist’s report clearly stating that one was needed, more than once. On several occasions, I had to book two or even three appointments just to be seen by someone who would actually read my reports and recognise that I had an ongoing medical issue. The booking system is also extremely inaccessible. Please consider writing to your local MP about the service this practice provides, as this appears to be the only way they will be held accountable. Until significant improvements are made, I would not recommend registering here.

District nurses really helped us when we needed it most. We have ordered a syringe driver but our resident turned for the worst. The lovely district nurses willingly lent us their syringe driver. Thank you very much, amazing District Nurses. Jen, CSM. Churchview Carehome, TW19 7EU

They make it virtually impossible to get an appointment with a GP. I phoned to make an appointment and was told all appointments can only be made online, but the system was down until 7am next day. At 8am next day I completed the online form to make an appointment, but it only allows for telephone appointments - you cannot make face to face GP appointments via the form. So now I have a telephone appointment (a chat) with a GP who I presume will then decide if I need a face to face appointment even though I clearly stated I have a black mole which needs to be physically checked by a doctor or dermatologist. I will be leaving this practice once I finally get to see a GP.

111 told me to call up to make an appointment because they were worried about an infection. "Use our online form or we can't help you" - minimum wait of a week for something the NHS already told me I should see my GP about ASAP and ideally same day. These people will do nothing but waste your time and talk down to you.

Wait weeks for appointments as impossible to get one on the day. All phone apps, no face to face so why such a long wait? Surely phone apps means it should be quicker and easier to get appointments? They then don't ring at the time you booked so you miss the call. Doctors are nice enough but not very helpful. Just dismissive and prescribe something that didn't work the first time round. Can't wait to move to a new GP surgery. Wouldn't recommend, they really don't care about you. Find a doctors that does.

Terrible terrible set up. 3 days I’ve been ringing Don’t tell me to go to walk in, this is my gp. Awful system

I know that there is an influx of calls coming in each day but the receptionists still need to keep a level of professionalism as they seem quite rude. Maybe might need to go through some customer service training again to jog their memories on how to interact with customers...

Doctors seems ok. However they do not carry out usual routine check up like my previous GP team. I assume this can be their management issue. NHS should maintain the quality of GP services. Reception is really bad. Wasting time with their personal chats. Noticed they are rude for some patients. They totally forgot NHS core values. I feel like they are not the right team for the patient services. They should learn how can they give their undivided attention.
