   Saw Peter Hook and the light for the forth time; always an awesome experience makes New Order look very expensive and half-hearted live experience. Komedia has standing stalls and seated tier. Fabulous acoustics. Ablution facilities clean and functional. Friendly, welcoming staff. Great night out with park and ride (service 31, adult £2.50) bus stop (outside the Ivy pub) a stones throw away.

   1st time there, won't be the last. Staff were so helpful from booking our tickets through to end of the show on the night. Bar is at back but stage still visible, seats available in the bar area upon request and availability. The sound and acoustics were spot on on the night. Would we recommend Yes we would.

   I had a brilliant night at Komedia seeing a tribute act for Adele, Naomi Johnson. She is an excellent singer supported by her brilliant backing singers and band. The evening was fun, interactive and a joy to experience. I will be looking out for her act when they next visit the area. Definitely want to see them again. My whole family enjoyed it. My son who is in his teens, me in my fifties and my mum who is over 70! Truly a stunning evening ✨

   Great venue and Adam Kay was as entertaining as ever. The only downside was during the Q&A – it would have been really helpful if audience members asking questions had been given a microphone, as we couldn’t hear anything from the balcony. Otherwise, a fantastic night!

   The vintage explosion were a fantastic band what a talented set of people. The venue added to the vibe with the building having ornate ceiling detail and the charm of a smaller venue. The balcony chairs were comfortable and gave a great view of the stage. We will def be looking to follow vintage explosion and see them again if you get the chance don’t miss you going to one of their gigs or following them on Spotify

   We went for the England vs Wales game (world cup) layout was decent but that was about it. Poor atmosphere, beer was awful and the football was nearly 2 minutes behind (obviously being streamed), this meant we were getting notifications on our phones of goals being scored before they were shown on the tv. Pretty shambolic, it ruined the game. Wouldn't go back again.

   We visited for a concert, and discovered the acoustics were good, there was a reasonably decent view from the balcony, and we had the opportunity to switch to the stalls if we felt like dancing. Given my dancing (in)ability we didn't do that but it was great to see many enjoying a dance! Only gripe was that they forgot to turn out the lights on the balcony which was a bit distracting in the first half, but they turned them off for the second half as someone had obviously noticed! Would definitely go back again if the right event comes up!

   Really nice venue, apart the lack of decent beer. Sound is good and it's easy to find .. the parking situation is awful, however, so make sure you get there early, as there is precious little provision for cars in the vacinity.

   Great venue. Great acts and friendly staff. My only negative is the temporary seating that they use downstairs sometimes, is really very uncomfortable. Viewing from balcony and seating is much favourable.
