Not for the first time have they got my prescription wrong & blamed the surgery. I know what I ordered. She tried to tell me Zapain is a controlled drug. I questioned this several times & each time she said yes, Zapain is NOT a controlled drug. This was the pharmacist. Somewhat worrying.
Went in for a prescription electronically sent.... couldn't down load to print off i IT issues ...come back in hour ...two hours later could not download again ..after complaining prescription downloaded 15 mins later ...after further wait .only had one item ..so I went somewhere else ...no problem at the second chemist....sort with in 15mins....... This chemist the shop looked rundown and floor was filthy.... The lady on the counter was pleasant ....the rest of the staff where talking and seemed to be offended by my prescription request having to give my name several times... As an out of town visitor I can not recommend this chemist....
They never answer the phone so you have to go to see them to find out they don’t have your prescription and don’t have a text notification either so are pretty much a waste of everybody’s time
Lloyds Market street is in my humble opinion the best in town. They order and fill my script each month and I know it will be there ready for me to collect every time.
I had booked a COVID 19 test for travel here and wanted to check that all was ok for the appointment. I tried 13 times over 2 days to contact via phone and had no answers. Cancelled appointment.
This pharmacy is appalling! Opening time 9am and 4 people in the queue. The door was unlocked to let a member of staff in and re-locked without comment. 9.04 the two staff members were chatting with their backs to us outside. One person knocked on the window and the door was opened a crack and the assistant said she couldn’t open as the pharmacist wasn’t there. She re-locked the door! No explanation, no apology and no indication when the pharmacist would be present nor why she couldn’t serve customers without prescription requests. She was rude, dismissive and the customers outside were furious. They talked about changing pharmacy to the local Tesco but as one customer stated they were obliged to have this as their nominated pharmacy as they had no car. ALL the people queuing were elderly. I will never ever go to this pharmacy again as, apparently this kind of customer non-service and impoliteness is common. Awful awful experience!

Nothing is too much trouble for them they are caring, considerate, professional and most importantly empathetic. For several years I have made them my port of coal to have my flu jab making use of the small private office that affords a degree of privacy and respect. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. I believe one of the quality test is: "Would you recommend it to a member of your family?" I most certainly would. Over the counter or prescription this business gets it right first time every time. The pharmacists are always happy to give you generously of their time and their unparalleled professional opinion. The counter staff are friendly, smiling and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. I have had advice on subjects as broad as travel advice to flu jabs, gift ideas for a lady friend and a diabetic diet. They are a credit to the profession and excellent ambassadors for their company. Please keep up the good work Michael
The kindness shown by the staff (Donna), and expertise in treatment given by the Pharmacist when treating my 3 year old son was second to none. The service they provided went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you again for supporting Harry and me in our hour of need.
