Bar staff were amazing, made us feel really welcome and kicked off our fun night, thank you gents
We were visiting Bristol for the weekend and we’re excited to visit this comedy club. We booked tickets on the Saturday afternoon, for 7pm that evening. We switched our dinner reservations to facilitate going to the show. However, we got there at 7pm and were told the show was cancelled by the security guard! When we asked why he advised us that some of the acts didn’t arrive due to train cancellations. We were so disappointed. When I asked for a refund online I was told the show went ahead! I followed up again, but no responses. At least a refund would be manners. Very poor event management!
Visited the comedy club on 29th June 2024 with a mate. Hilarious acts and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. On the top floor of the club Pryzm and staff do not give the best directions so just keep going up.
I have read some poor reviews of this event, however we had a great time. All of the comedians were very good, the first one up is usually starting out and is not as good, last night all of the comedians were great. We laughed from the strart to the end. I would agree with some of the other reviews, the drinks were a bit expensive, however we will be going again.

How are you meant to get hold of this company? Have a voucher and nobody responds to email or the phone.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We asked wether we could buy tickets at the Bristol event July 16th to the comedy show on the door and the guy checked and double checked and they confirmed we could. We waited an hour and a half to then be told we couldn’t buy them at all. Waste of time and useless! Stayed for a drink after and just full of half cut insta baddies and hen parties flirting with staff. I’d avoid & go somewhere else.
