Smallish music venue near the centre of the city. Stage is raised so you'll get a good view even at the back, although there are some narrow pillars at the front and in the middle, so you might lose sight of the acts occasionally, but it's not a real problem. Decent enough bar, with a £1 cup deposit (remember to take the cup back at the end!) sound quality good, but for louder acts I recommend a decent set of earplugs (e.g. Loop). Lots of acts coming through so definitely a place to keep an eye on the listings.

Cracking 'small venue' for bands. I've been going to watch bands at the Fleece for a good few years now and still love it. Drink prices are about average for a small venue and we should remember that drinks are a significant part of keeping these venues open. I can highly recommend looking up what's on af the Fleece.. You might be surprised who you see.

Great live music venue in a great area of Bristol. Superb bands, Sounds of Seattle night. Lost one star, be aware there is no seating inside to speak of. We had gone to see a multi-band gig, so a long night to be standing all the time. I appreciate you can get more people in, but we're not all twenty.

Cool little venue where I saw some sick bands play. 2 bars, merch stand, 3 toilets (1 gender neutral). Phenomenal sound! The room was packed to the brim so not much movement unless you get in the pit. Even had police show up so... it's safe?

Great venue, quite compact but a nicely positioned stage provides a good view of the stage from a fair way back. Helpful staff and a very friendly (if energetic) crowd at the gig I went too. Some interesting architecture so worth a look around to see what you can see (pro tip - look down in one of the corners). Also a nice small pub with an outdoor section almost literally on the doorstep makes turning up early a pleasant experience.

Well worth the 90 minute drive, free street parking just 5minutes walk ,situated in an old lamb wool warehouse in town centre. The Fleece has a well stocked bar with friendly staff, and clean toilets.Erasured started off the nights entertainment and were exceptional ,they certainly got the place jumping sounding just as good as there name sakes .Duran UK followed and as usual treated the crowd to a great set .Will definitely be going there again.

Great venue that has seen a few upgrades in lockdown. I was stood at the front for the recent Eric Gales gig and the stage was a good height, so I didn't feel like I was in the way of the people behind (I'm tall!). There was somewhere I could rest a bottle of water as well.
