   What a strange sales tactic… The young blonde member of staff refused to take a pair of trousers off the mannequin for me to try on after she asked if I was going to the buy them and I replied that I would if they fit me. She simply responded that no, she didn’t want to take them off… I can’t imagine the company wants to lose a sale just because the mannequin looks good in that specific pair of trousers (or more likely because the girl couldn’t be bothered to remove them). Her attitude left a lot to be desired and it sounds like others have had the same experience.

   Great shop but the young assistant on the till this afternoon wants to learn some manners Thinking it was acceptable to talk to my wife and myself is such a way was unacceptable Will certainly not be visiting this store again

   Absolutely mortified I was not aloud to try on a coat in the privacy of a changing room. I was told I can only try it on in the shop which for some women who are not confident about their bodies having to try it on in front of everyone in the shop is pretty awful. I would definitely not recommend this shop the staff were not very friendly. I will be buying the coat from the Rab site now so unfortunately your store has lost a sale which would have been over £200!!! AVOID this shop!

   Service is so variable here - sometimes I get served by a knowledgeable interested person and usually buy something, today no one made eye contact, came near me, asked if they could help but instead stood at the till chatting. I don’t want to be hassled but it would be nice of staff to show a little interest, a quick can I help you with anything doesn’t take a lot of effort!
