    Excellent therapist, disappointing administration. I have been a client for a long time, and while my experience with my therapist has been overwhelmingly positive, I cannot say the same for the administration of the practice. My therapist, Jo Soleau, has been instrumental in my journey towards healing and personal growth. Her empathetic approach, combined with a deep understanding of trauma and psychological complexities, has provided me with invaluable support during challenging times. Jo is highly skilled, compassionate, and committed to her clients' well-being. However, my interactions with the administration have been disappointing. There have been several instances where billing discrepancies arose, and despite my efforts to address them calmly and constructively, I encountered resistance and a lack of transparency. For example, I was billed at a higher rate than agreed, and it took persistent follow-ups to rectify the error and receive a refund. Moreover, the recent instance where the administrative staff passed off a communication error as my therapist's and not theirs was deeply upsetting. This lack of disregard for their staff's well-being is concerning and has tarnished my overall experience with the practice. In conclusion, while I highly recommend Jo Soleau for her exceptional therapeutic skills and unwavering support, I urge the administration to improve their communication, transparency, and responsiveness to ensure a more positive client experience.

    I struggle to articulate the impact working with Jo has had on my life. Having, sadly, struggled with mental health problems for many years and seen a considerable number of professionals, the experience of starting with a new therapist is not new to me and has unfortunately on several occasions not worked out. From very early on after starting with Jo, the feeling of working with someone who genuinely listens, remembers details, reflects on your problems and who you gain utmost confidence in is a genuinely world changing experience. Whilst changing therapists for me was a scary experience I can very easily say it was one of the best decisions I've made.

    My doctor' solution to my insomnia was sleeping pills and antidepressants. Jo gave me sensible advice on sleep hygiene, changing my routine and and alternatives such as melatonin and herbs. It really helped and I am now getting a full night after previously getting as little as 30 minutes sleep! Very grounded and on the ball, I would definitely recommend her.

    Alicia was highly unprofessional, we lack trust as she did not show up for the session, claimed she had wrong number (numerous ways to contact someone) and I called the clinic 4 times looking for her and she was no where to be found. - we canceled our session, the trust was lost there
