The staff in the first floor, Gary, and his manager were very friendly and helpful people. The prices were reasonable and the whole experience was nice. I only wish they had plastic bags instead of paper since it soaked in the rain in few minutes. Lovely brand, amazing people! Will return for sure.
So glad to know the shop in Bath isn't going to close down after they changed the group of management. A good shop for everything outdoor, and you can also drop of DPD parcel there. Johnathan, the staff worked on first floor today was so helpful, I can't help but write this review for him!
Excellent range of stuff with lots of great offers. Bought some Brasher shorts and fortunately tried them on in the store and found the sizing completely wrong. I'm technically a 33" waist, so always have to check both 32 and 34. In this case I had to buy a 36. I bought some trousers here a few years ago and had the same issue, so I advise trying them on (or be prepared to exchange for a larger size). Maybe it's bad luck, or maybe they're on sale because they pick up mis-labelled stuff?
Staff memeber was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in, which is quite rare nowadays. Eager to help as much as they could.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The store looked quite bare and the item l wanted was not in stock but the member of staff went to look for it just in case and offered to look for alternatives in that size too. Staff were knowledgeable and l had a decent buy at the end of the visit. I wanted to give them 4 stars but really the lack of lorry drivers impact and air conditioning not working on the ground floor are beyond the shop's control so 5 stars it is.
