I saw Tim recently over an issue and as he has done for me on many occasions over the years he has diagnosed the issue accurately, assessed what I need, and provided the essay advice and exercise program. I am entirely happy with the service provided which has been consistently of high quality treatment and advice
l've been to Ann's for physio for several joints and have always been treated with care and respect. The physios are very knowledgeable and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is available which is a big plus. i would definitely recommend this service.
Tom and Priyanka have both been excellent and greatly helped me. Office team is very helpful with bookings and the occasional change request. Even dedicated parking when you can't walk much.
I have been seeing Tim at Ann McLaughlin Physiotherapy and can’t recommend him highly enough. He is always extremely helpful, approachable and professional. His depth of knowledge is remarkable – he takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you understand the treatment process. He is also very attentive and genuinely cares about his patients’ progress, cares about getting you back on track. A truly outstanding physiotherapist.
I’ve been attending Ann McLaughlin’s physiotherapy practice over the past six months for three different conditions, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel so welcome — it’s always a pleasure to go. Michelle, my physiotherapist, has been absolutely incredible: not only is she highly skilled, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping me improve, but she also has such a lovely personality and really takes the time to listen. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.
Very friendly practice , Tim was very nice , patient , and help me get more mobility from a shoulder fracture . Always a nice welcome from the receptionist . Highly recommended

Tim and Tom are amazing. Unfortunately, the way in which Barbara, the account manager, handled the cancellation (which I requested but was not recorded in the system) was unprofessional and impolite. I am afraid I won't be going back to this clinic where they don't value customers. Also they ask customers to wear the masks but the receptionists don’t follow the policy which makes it pointless.
Really friendly staff, good prices, great and efficient treatment! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for physiotherapy treatment :)
