   I have tried other organisations (including the NHS) to get treatment for a sports injury and failed to get anything meaningful. From my first session with Bodymechanics I have been convinced that I have finally found a company and therapist (Mel) who can and will solve my problem. Update I have now finished my treatment with Bodymechanics and I'm please to report that they are true to their word and have solved my injury problem. I cannot speak highly enough of Mel and the course of treatment that she put me on.

   Anne was incredibly helpful. It was such a relief to have somebody so friendly and knowledgeable assess what was going on with my issue and looking at how to help long term. There was no pressure to go back but I am heading there soon for a follow up appointment and next stages. Would highly recommend.

   Very easy to book an immediate visit. Anne was very pleasant, knowledgeable and investigative. She was hard working (on my neck muscles) and some addtional movement was achieved during the session. I will now carry out her suggested exercises and look forward to my physio session next week.

   The team at BM started my rehab brilliantly. Only a few months ago, I struggled to walk more than a couple of miles without back pain. Last week, I tracked 60 miles in a week ... just doing my day to day work and going into London! I've had an ache here and there, but little pain. I was shocked / surprised to look back and see what we have achieved! By seeing the physio and sports massage therapist regularly, I am starting to feel more flexible and stronger. But I have to keep reminding myself, take it one session at a time! I am rather impatient.

   From the reception staff to the physiotherapists everyone is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Bodymechanics is a great physio centre with excellent customer service. Matt Ryan was very professional and always took time to understand my problem and to listen. I always felt that my treatment was beneficial and any advice that I was given was appropriate and has helped me in the interim and longer term.
