   I’ve been working closely with Fiona for several years now and simply can not speak highly enough of her, as both a person and a therapist. When we initially began our journey together, my partner and I had recently suffered the death of our first child, and we were both finding it very difficult to navigate that period of our lives. As someone who found great difficulty in opening up to anyone, the thought of being at my most vulnerable with a stranger terrified me. But I found Fiona made me feel at ease from the moment we met. From a professional perspective, she is extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has great experience working with clients in the most challenging of circumstances. From a personal aspect, she is very gentle, kind, warm, patient and considerate; and she provides an incredibly safe environment to work through whatever issues may bring you to her. I’ve since worked directly with Fiona on a broader personal level, and in doing so I’ve grown enormously as a result. Initially I feel that Fiona may well have saved my life and has since helped me tremendously to find my way again.

   Fiona is a caring therapist who evidently has a lot of experience, knowledge and resource. Fiona helped in my processing of the loss of my baby, but our work then grew further than that to look at other challenges I was facing. Fiona was always well-prepared for our sessions, and proactive in coming to the sessions with ideas and resources that would be helpful and relevant. Fiona helped me process events during a really tough time and I would highly recommend her services.
