I saw Nicole for a short while as I needed help working through some difficulties related to a childhood phobia. She really helped me change the way I look at certain situations that I feared so terribly, and gave me some useful techniques. I’ve been using these for a few months and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my behaviours and how I handle situations related to my phobia. We also worked on some things I had buried deep down. Things I didn’t realise were affecting me & how I live my life. My thoughts were challenged which helped me see things more positively. I now feel more empowered, more confident and in control. I can’t thank Nicole enough. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of therapy, whether short or long term.
