Never received my order as it wasnt in the package. Spent over £50 and they never refunded me. For me that was a lot of money I couldn’t afford to lose. I have let all my friends that shop here know and we will not be buying from here again. A shame because all my mates in bristol really rated this brand.
Awful. Returned two t-shirts as they unfortunately didn’t fit. They acknowledged the return but kept my money and proceeded to ignore me.
Great service! We popped in (two skateboard-clueless parents) with our 9 and 4 year old sons for some advice. The guy who helped us was brilliant - very patient and informative, and sold my eldest his first board. He also gave us great advice on what kind of board would be suitable for our 4 year old. Thank you!
Ordered a pair of the new DC x Caff trainers and they didn’t have that size. The guy I spoke to on the phone called up DC and other skate shops to get me a pair which he DID! - true customer service and always do their best for you Been here a few times and all the guys are sound and genuine fellas Cheers guys
