Horrible experience from bullies, Advocacy manger, James Mann and junior staff, Moksud Chowdhury in the advocacy department. Bullied and intimidated by both. Avoid.
People are lovely and the service has really help me.
My advocate spoke to me with more compassion and understanding than any care provider has to me. If you are having trouble getting an appointment or your point across with a care coordinator i highly recommend the advocacy service.
A very challenging session felt with in a very professional manner. It has touched aspects of how I deflect when approached regarding how I feel which nobody has done before. Overall a helpful session.
Never liked talking my problems out always bottled stuff up. Self medicated, thought I knew best. It doesn't work trust me. Just try talking to a stranger, it does help. Found it very helpful just unloading a few problems, small steps. worth giving it a go.
Highly recommended for counselling services. Their service has been amazing for me recently and really assisted me. I cant thank them enough. Sally is brilliant, so kind and caring. All a very welcoming team though.
