   I have suffered from crippling anxiety and panic attacks for most of my life. I had tried various different psychologists , methods etc all with little effect until I discovered Chris Stavri . Thanks to him I am now virtually anxiety free and have not panicked in over a year, which if you told me before I started with my therapy sessions with Chris I would not have believed you! He is a very calm and calming person who gave me great insight into where my problems stemmed from and the tools and support to finally start living and enjoying my life again. He is a true professional and I will always be grateful for his help in beating my disorder. If you are considering seeing a professional to help you with whatever problems you may have I would strongly suggest a visit with Chris and I wish you the success I have experienced in my journey!
