A total disgrace on every level. The building is shabby, receptionists rude and ignorant, therapists are not going deep into anything, they just nod and repeat the same sentences . It's more helpful to listen to some pre-recorded message. I felt neglected, unseen, unheard, missunderstood and dismissed.

zero stars. Rude receptionist, poor service, unprofessional staff. I had to explain the therapist what is my condition and what therapy I require. I felt missunderstood and neglected. The waiting list is very long for therapy that is not helping.

I would give zero stars if i could. shambolic. receptionist is rude and difficult to understand, she makes no sense whatsover. do they get any training at all or understand theyre dealing with vulnarable people with issues? they dont offer any one to one therapy for people who desperately need it. they seem uninterested. but i bet they're nicer when they charge £95 for private sessions. avoid at all cost

Therapist are nice. However anytime I called, the reception lady sounds bothered and unhelpful. She promised to call me as I needed to confirm my appointment. That time their system was down so she was not able to found me. Never receive a call. And missed it. Customer service is just awful.

These people do not know what they are doing. I felt like a statistic for them to get funding and not a patient that they were there to help. Vile and disinterested, incompetent and rude not adjectives that should be used for therapist but sadly those are the nicest words I could find to describe my group and individual therapy. Find yourself a nice private therapist that will help you not these vulchers.

Awful. The therapist us nice but the reception staff are the worst. They take ages to unlock the door, don't look up from their lunch/ computer when you give your name. ignore you because they are too busy talking to eachother. Just grunt at you through their closed glass screen. makes you feel like a piece if S**T being treated like that.
