   A very disappointing experience with Vickie. As the primer caregiver for my child and with my child’s permission, Vickie was very ignorant of my concerns for my child . In fact, after around 6 sessions with Vickie I emailed her expressing my child was getting worse and I was extremely concerned. Vickie did not reply. I reached out again and she expressed I was only able to speak to her if I made an appointment, meaning i would need to pay her fee of £110 to express my concerns that the sessions were not helping if anything she became worse. I certainly would not recommend Vicky. She has caused me & my daughter great distress .

   Life-changing help for OCD. It took me ages to build up the courage to get help but I’m honestly so glad I did. Looking back at where I was with my OCD compared to now, the difference is massive. Vickie is kind, easy to talk to and never judges, no matter how crazy my thoughts or behaviours felt at the time. She’s given me tools that actually work in real life and the confidence to use them. If you’re thinking about seeing Vickie, just do it. She really is the best.

   Vickie is incredible. Her knowledge is second to none and she has an amazing way of taking you through the theory of CBT, whilst applying in practical situations.    I found Vickie when I was experiencing severe anxiety & panic symptoms and went from living a full life (though an incredibly stressful one) to practically housebound and unable to work in a very short space of time which was terrifying. Vickie gave me the explanations of what was going on in my mind / body and worked with me every step of the way to recovery. I cannot thank Vickie enough for the patience and care she has shown me. Through CBT and exposure therapy she helped me rebuild my life to something that’s even better than it was before. The tools I have learnt I will carry with me. My experience of anxiety & panic was pretty severe but Vickie never made me feel like I couldn’t get better, which was the hope that I needed throughout the process.
