I recently had three sessions with Jan to help overcome an acute needle phobia. After the third session I was able to book an appointment for acupuncture which is something I could never have contemplated before. I would definitely recommend Jan, the hypnotherapy sessions left me feeling very positive and have helped lessen my phobia massively. I'll never be a fan of needles but I can now have an injection without having a panic attack which is a huge improvement.
