   Just to say the hypnotherapy sessions with Amelia have been brilliant. These sessions have given me the opportunity to deal with some events which happened in the past, that I had trouble processing. The sessions left me feeling optimistic about various aspect of my life and enabled me to see opportunities which I had not seen before. I shall definitely be using Amelia, should any further past experiences or events are brought to the forefront of my mind to deal with.

   Amelia is an excellent hypnotherapist. I had two hypnotherapy sessions with her on Zoom. She skilfully put me into a state of deep relaxation and guided me throughout the entire journey. In that state of deep relaxation, my mind brought up images of events from my early childhood and teen years that needed healing. These were events containing guilt, resentment, shame and other untruths. Together we shined light on these past events, validated my feelings and restored a sense of worthiness and dignity. Warning: you may experience tears as you accept pure love into your mind. In my second session with Amelia, we went through past life regression. I first felt myself in my mother’s womb and was able to sense the conditions surrounding her. Even in that early stage, I wanted to reach out and help her. With Amelia’s guidance, I healed the distress that came with that. Amelia then guided me further back, into a previous life, where I saw myself as a 10 year old boy in the middle of an afternoon marketplace, barefoot on a dusty ground. It was a still image but the feeling was one of excitement. There was something pure and clean about it. There was no pressure, no objectives, no stress or resentment. I felt my right arm ache and it appeared to be fatigued from pulling water from a well. But there was peace. Amelia then guided me out of that experience and took me, mentally, to a place where I reviewed what I was shown, what I could learn from it and how I could integrate that into my current life. I learnt that with doing chores without resentment comes a deep peace and I needed to learn that :) I could not have done all this by myself alone. Amelia’s guidance was excellent. We went 30 mins overtime as Amelia allowed the process to complete naturally. I am really grateful and blessed to have met Amelia! She is a blessing.

   I went to Ameliaray therapy for help with a traumatic event reoccurring in my mind. I didn’t know the triggers and only knew that I kept re experiencing it leading me to have panic attacks. Amelia helped me firstly identify the triggers, and then she used hyponotherapy to help me process the event. Since this session I have not felt like I am back there anymore. I still have the memory but it is no longer traumatic, and destressing. I have chosen to continued to see Amelia for other hypnotherapy sessions regarding other barriers i want to overcome such as a phobia of taking tablets, processing my childhood and other barriers. I have seen generic therapists, counsellors and even another hypnotherapist and Amelia is the best person I have seen. She is the only one who I can honestly say has helped me overcome my barriers. I cannot reccommend her enough!!
