This practise should be shut down. How such a place can stay open is beyond me, the people who work here do not care about the mental health of their clients and often scare them by showing them unverified ratings of their anxiety and depression using non clinical scales to convince them to go elsewhere. I never thought I’d say this but your best bet for help is the NHS. Stay away from this awful place.

25th January 2024 - my partner had a her first meeting with this service. She told what’s going on however the meeting last for 5 minutes but they said to her “you will have phone call next couple weeks” My partner requested of me to come in but they said “you need to wait outside” They haven’t got any waiting room at all

This organisation illegally shared 200+ vulnerable people’s confidential information via a BCC email. They then tried to cover it up by lying about it for more than a month and witholding this information from the ICO ( Instead of reporting it within 72 hours as is legally required ). After they were caught and questioned they lied to the victims and the ICO in their report, quickly hiring a legal consultant to stand in as their DPO. The whole issue was swept under the rug and the ICO’s official response to the incident was to tell them not to use the words “Dear Client”. This is what modern corruption looks like in Britain today. It's important to understand that if you are a vulnerable person seeking help from Mind in Enfield and Barnet, your personal data is not safe with this organisation. Update: (August, 2023) sadly, this incredibly petty and dishonest organisation tried to delete this review and suppress the impact of it's one star rating, so it's back again.

It’s free but they pressure you into paying. The counsellor I ended up speaking to was uninterested and frustrated by me and berated me for things I cannot help. The mentally ill are ill after all.
