   Getting in touch with a supervisor was scary for me because I had a bad experience with my previous supervisor but, I am glad I have Claire as my supervisor now. Serenity counselling service as a whole is inviting and Claire is supportive and knowledgeable. There is no question/situation that I am left confused with as she always find a way to allow me to understand it and to find ways that works for me. I am forever grateful and I recommend you get in touch and experience it yourself.

I have learned so much about myself and Claire has given me the tools to deal with tough situations in my life.    It is too hard to condense everything I have achieved into one review. But for anyone considering going to counselling, I couldn’t recommend Claire enough. From where I started and where I am now, is the most incredible transformation and I feel so grateful to have had Claire by my side. She is supportive, kind, compassionate and never judges you. I have always felt so comfortable to discuss anything and work through all my past traumas and Claire has given me the push to transform my life. I am forever grateful for my sessions with her. If you want to change your life for the better, then I would say go for it as you will have so much to gain! Thank you Claire for everything.

   Serenity provides a great service, happy to use Skype if you can't make a face to face appointment. Serenity use a variety of methods and work to fine the one that works for you personally. The mindfulness colouring provides a way to distract your hands while talking. A really personalised service.

   We can’t thank Claire enough for being there for our 18 year-old daughter who was finding life stressful. Understandably, she felt unable to offload her anxieties and concerns to us, and Claire was a huge support, offering a source of understanding and guidance in a neutral & calm environment. Our daughter is continually learning to find her own coping mechanisms to deal with life’s ups and downs. Although no longer requiring Claire' support on a regular basis, we know that she will always be able to offer additional guidance whenever needed. Our daughter had tried councsellung before and thought it wasn't for her. She reaises that finding the right counsellor makes all the difference. We would have no hesitation in recommending Claire to anyone who, for whatever reason, big or small, feel they need emotional help and support.
