   I am a powerlifter who took up the sport in my late forties and although I was progressing with it, I was also dealing with huge amounts of self-doubt and imposter syndrome. I started working with Robin with the aim of overcoming these feelings and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. Over the course of 12 months, we worked together on building confidence and a strong sense of identity; on setting goals without using them as a stick to beat myself with; how to use visualisation to boost performance as well as many other facets of mental strength and performance. Robin’s input has been absolutely invaluable to me, not just in my sporting life but in my working life and personal life too. I feel stronger, more confident and more secure in my identity than ever before and I am hugely grateful to Robin for being part of that journey.    This was definitely well worth the investment. Robin was very professional in the way he delivered his presentations and is willing to taper his course to best suit the needs for the group. The younger swimmers really enjoyed the pre-race discussion.
