This is a terrible doctors practice customer service is absolutely Ridiculous all they do is talk to each other in the back all of the receptionist need to be sacked and they need to bring a whole new team in ASAP for 2023
I’m sorry but this is the hardest doctors I’ve ever had to get in contact with my daughter been so I’ll and they don’t ever answer the phone what a horrible and not caring doctors what so ever, every-time I go there there always sitting behind the phone not answering talking to each other not giving a care in the world for us people trying to get help and in contact with them…. Absolutely useless doctors it don’t even deserve one star
Surgery don't answer the phone. 5 days in a row now. I went in person to be told no appointments can be made. Due second covid jab. Was to be informed of date by this GP. Missed second covid appointment as GP failed to inform me of my appointment and don't answer the phone or honor their given call back service. There's literally nothing I can do to sort out my second jab. Unreachable, unhelpful. Missinformed.
I go there for with my children, doctors ar brilliant, I am always happy with the services, it's a bit hard to find them in the phone, once you reach them, they book you straight away an appointment, I guess it's busy clinic,
The asian lady with yellow hair is absolutely rude. I have seen her speak rudely to people whose english isn't great and have seen her pick up the phone and put it down straight away on patients. I have encountered her numerous times and witnessed her arrogant rude and childish behaviour. Definitely need to change their reception staff!! This individual is a massive let down and should be sacked. People seem to be posting reviews of this ladyship experience on the wrong page - the NHS child and family doctor at the same location. There are over 100 complaints of this same individual there
