   Unfortunately we were taken advantage of our vulnerability and ill health which I find incredibly DESPICABLE. We usually attend an ophthalmologist in Harley street but as we needed same day booking we came to this hospital. All seemed well, they gave us the price at the phone booking, parking was easy and got seen by the doctor in good time. Normal checks were done just like at Harley street for a similar price and I paid and was happy. After a few weeks I got an UNAUTHORISED CHARGE on my card. It was the Spire London East Hospital! I called as I was sure it was a mistake and they told me I agreed to additional charges although I never did. I told them nobody told me but was told there is nothing they can do with it and they will be keeping my money. I can not think of the amount of other people they have taken advantage off. Harley street is a much better option for anybody and they will never see me back here. I have heard of establishments which OVERCHARGE and overdo procedures even on dying people to ,milk as much as they can while there is still time, I think those people spoke about establishments like these. GREEDY and UNETHICAL. AVIOD.
