   Very impressed with Roger who conducted the session and how hands on the session was. It was perfectly aimed at my level. I had taught myself how to do some of the topics covered and was given some wonderful shortcuts and tips to improve my speed of use. I also wanted to improve my presentations so having an understanding of how to produce graphs was a real area of interest for me. I have not received the training documentation yet however. Hopefully that is on its way/stuck internally but I made good notes myself so have been able to put lots of things into practise already

   I'd used Excel for my job but never very effectively. Spending a day on the Excel Introduction course taught me a lot and really boosted my confidence. I am now using the programme much more productively on a daily basis. I attended the Bristol training centre and it was so nice to be in a small class where the instructor could give individual attention to some of the points I was getting stuck on. Delicious lunch provided too.
