Lara helped us to go through a difficult year. She listened to us, was really patient and helped us to change our responses under anxious circumstances. Sadly Covid arrived and we couldn't continue our sessions. I highly recommend her!

I had a Thai foot massage with Lara this morning and really enjoyed it. I arrived a little late and flustered but Lara put me at ease immediately. I have been working flat out and feeling stressed and the session was just what I needed - it was incredibly relaxing, I felt great afterwards. Lara took time to explain what she was going to do and why, which I really appreciated.
I had a thai foot massage from Lara, she was very good. I ride motorcycles a lot and practice martial arts, and I've had a few ankle injuries so my feet can get pretty gnarly. After the treatment my feet felt loose and free again, no longer stiff and achey. I would recommend Lara to anyone who experiences stiffness and pain in the ankles or feet.
Lara very kindly did Angel Card Readings for my friends at a recent "soiree". We all felt that Lara's energy was great and she was full of warmth and is a very sharing person. I know that Lara offers other treatments which I am looking forward to trying as I know that she will give a truly holistic experience.
